Silene Silene

Import your security alerts and vulnerabilities from Silene (ANSSI)

The Silene connector allows you to import your security alerts and vulnerability bulletins from the French Silene platform (managed by ANSSI).

Objective

The Silene connector allows you to import the following information:

  • French government security alerts
  • ANSSI vulnerability bulletins
  • Security recommendations

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Silene platform (ANSSI)
  • JSON export files from Silene

Procedure

Generate the Silene export file

  1. Access the Silene platform managed by ANSSI.
  2. Authenticate with your credentials.
  3. Navigate to Alerts or Vulnerability Bulletins.
  4. Select the alerts or bulletins to export.
  5. Click Export and choose the JSON format.
  6. The file will be downloaded in .json format.

Import into OverSOC

  1. In OverSOC, go to Data Sources Settings > Sources.
  2. Select Silene and click Configure.
  3. Drop your .json file in the upload area.
  4. Click Save Configuration.

OverSOC will automatically import security alerts and government vulnerability information.

Synchronization frequency

Silene exports can be scheduled regularly via:

  • Manual review of ANSSI bulletins
  • Integration with your cybersecurity watchlist system
  • Subscription to Silene updates
